An asterisk (*) denotes that the Will is not now in existence, though the name appears in the old Calendars. ^ As stated above, the Will is not now in existance, the 24, is probably the parish booknumber, and the 11 is a mystery, as usually this would denotes a year. Our John Hoyt of the 'HHH' book by David W. Hoyt of 1871, stated that he was supposedly from Upwey, that is South of Dorchester. So I believe this person is not of the 'HHH' Book named, since this above name is being from Upton, not Upwey.
